Want a little sweetness in your bread without the added sugar? This rye sourdough takes the old fruit and nut loaf to a whole new level. 

We start this delicious sweet bread using our unique mother dough, to which we add our sustainably sourced rye flour, a little salt and filtered water. You won't find any dairy, eggs or fat in this loaf and of course, there are no added preservatives or any other additives.

With a hint of cinnamon for a little spice, walnuts for a slight crunch and the tangy sweetness of cranberries, figs and sultanas our customers have been raving about this bread since we started baking it - so much so that it's become a mainstay on the menu! This full-bodied fruit and nut loaf takes up to 36 hours to create and is delicious on its own or toasted with fresh butter. Try it for breakfast or a delicious afternoon tea snack. 

It goes superbly with cheese and would be a great addition to any cheese platter. Slice it thinly and toast it to get the best results if you wish to add it to your festive cheese board.
