Lemon Meringue Tart 8" (Available for collection only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)

Made with short crust pastry and filled with fresh lemon juice, zest, cream, eggs and sugar and topped with light and fluffy meringue. 

With flashes of gold or silver leaf, this tart says 'Celebration'. Serve it with a mixed berry compote or coulis. Or perhaps just a handful of lovely fresh raspberries and blueberries on the side and maybe even a scoop of lucious strawberry gelato or ice-cream!

Please note: If you would like to order this item, we will need at least 48 hours notice, as each tart is made from scratch. They are not suitable as a delivery item as they are very delicate and must be collected from our shop. They are available for order on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
