Passionfruit Basque Cheesecake

This is a delicious Slowbreads version of the traditional Burnt Basque Cheesecake. The passionfruit is throughout the cake and there is no mistaking the flavour. Scrumptious on its own, you could also serve this with a lovely berry coulis and a dollop of thick cream or a handful of fresh berries with ice-cream.
