Our Poolish Baguette is created using the traditional Italian process of making sourdough. We use our sustainbly sourced Poolish flour, water and salt to produce this wonderful, crusty baguette. Delicious on its own, served with cheese, filled with your favourite toppings for lunch or as an accompaniament to a hearty winter soup or casserole, this is a favourite with our customers all year round.
