Tomato Relish

This delicious relish was originally created to go with oysters! So if you are partial to one of Sydney's best, why not try our tomato relish with them?!

Another tip is that your sandwiches will be elevated to 'next level' when you spread a little of this delicious addition - you could also add some cheese and rocket on our Caramelised Onion and Walnut bread to really make your sangers sing! 

Plump Roma tomatoes, red capsicum, onion, chilies, fennel seed, white vinegar and sugar combined to make a really tasty relish.
